Check-in was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. The large TV and mini-fridge were convenient for our overnight stay. The complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise.

Positive, I loved the jacuzzi! The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet so we were undisturbed through the night. Very peaceful.

Request extra towels at check-in if you need more, as they are not automatically replenished during the stay.

great central spot for exploring attractions and parks
i found the hotel to be a perfect base for my weekend adventures, with many restaurants just a few steps away and the beautiful niagara falls state park only a 4 km stroll from my door.

Friendly staff made it worthwhile
I appreciated the friendly front desk staff who were always willing to help, making my stay feel welcoming. The mini fridge worked well, providing convenience during my short stay.
Unfortunately, the room could use a deep clean, and I noticed some outdated furnishings. The Wi-Fi connection was also less than stellar during my stay, making it tough to stay connected.

The location was perfect for exploring attractions like the local outlet mall and parks. The staff was friendly and made our stay comfortable. It felt safe overall. Definitely a budget-friendly option that served its purpose well.
One friend found the bathroom door in need of replacing, which was a bit of a letdown.

reasonable pricing, quiet location, proximity to major attractions
The furnishings looked worn and outdated!!! Lock on the door didn't work properly, which felt unsettling!!! Management should definitely think about providing cleaning supplies in the rooms!!!

The Standard Queen Room was clean, which was a plus, and the price at $65/night was pretty decent for a quick stay. However, the room was smaller than I expected, and it felt a bit outdated. It served its purpose for a night, but I wouldn’t call it cozy or welcoming.

Wi-Fi worked great. 24-hour reception helpful but the room was smaller than expected.

The room was small but mostly cozy, and the cleaning staff were quick to swap out towels when asked. A comfy spot to crash after a day of exploring, I appreciated the effort.
But the lack of space to eat and no TV? Honey, that’s just cruel! Plus, I half-expected a spider to come out for a tea party!
